Clio Infinite Paint is developed by Lucian Wischik. My wish is for you to have complete control over your own data: the app doesn't collect information about you, and you control whether and how to share your artwork, using only the standard iOS sharing tools.
There are no accounts, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics.
Paintings, imported photos and recordings are stored and processed on your device. Clio does not upload them to a server. I only receive content you choose to send me, for example when asking for help.
The app imports the photos you select and requests permission when saving to Photos. You can change that permission in your device's Settings.
Sharing sends files to the destination you choose. Your device may also back them up to iCloud or another service you enable. Those services handle your files under their own privacy policies.
You can delete artwork in the app. Exported, shared and backed-up copies must be deleted separately in the relevant app or service.
Depending on your device's analytics-sharing settings, Apple may provide me with crash reports and usage or performance statistics. You can control this in Settings under Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements. See Apple's App Analytics & Privacy for details.
